JOB DESCRIPTION
Nell’ambito di un’espansione a lungo termine del reparto VFX, Hive Division ricerca figure di Mid Compositor da inserire in organico. Hive Division è attualmente organizzata con un team misto in-house/remote, la modalità di lavoro sarà pertanto concordata con il candidato/a. Il ruolo prevede la stretta collaborazione in team con gli altri artisti di Hive Division, sotto la supervisione di Lead Compositor e VFX Supervisor, nell’ambito di progetti Series e Feature Film sia italiani che UK/USA.

PROFILO
.
- – 3+ anni di esperienza utilizzo di Nuke in un ambito di produzione
- – Buone capacità in tutti gli aspetti di compositing con Nuke: Integrazione fra CGI, DMP e girato, chroma keying, rimozioni e proiezioni 2.5D
- – Conoscenza della pipeline VFX, comprensione degli spazi colore e della teoria del colore, workflow e best practice standard del settore
- – Precisione, attenzione ai dettagli, colore, composizione
- – Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione in un ambiente dinamico
- – Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione autonoma del lavoro
- – Padronanza autonoma della lingua inglese e italiana parlata e scritta
- – Connessione affidabile per lavoro da remoto

PLUS
- – Background in arti visive, fotografia, tecniche cinematografiche
- – Esperienza utilizzo di Mocha and/or Syntheyes
- – Esperienza utilizzo di Blender
- – Esperienza utilizzo di Fusion
- – Conoscenza dei linguaggi expressions, TCL, Blinkscript o Python in Nuke

JOB DESCRIPTION
Hive Division is looking for Mid Compositors to expand their VFX team long-term. The core team is currently made up of a tight knit group of artists, some of which work in-house and some remotely. The role of Mid Compositor will be working closely alongside other VFX artists, under the supervision of the Lead Compositor and VFX Supervisor, on both Italian and UK/USA series and feature film projects.

PROFILE
- – 3+ years of Nuke experience in a production environment
- – Good ability in all aspects of compositing in Nuke: integrating CGI, DMP and live-action elements, chroma keying, removals, 2.5D projections
- – Solid understanding of the VFX pipeline, color spaces and color theory, workflow and industry-standard best practices
- – Precision, attention to detail, color and composition
- – Able to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- – Well organized and able to manage own workload independently
- – Working level of written and spoken English and Italian
- – Reliable connection if working remotely

PLUS
- – Background in visual arts, photography, cinematography
- – Experience in Mocha and/or Syntheyes
- – Experience in Blender
- – Experience in Fusion
- – Knowledge of expression, TCL, Blinkscript or Python languages in Nuke
