Hive Division is working on the last scene yet to be post-produced of the Metal Gear Solid: Philanthropy project.

The software we use, Spectrum Capture, has been totally conceived and realized by Alberto, our 3D Lead Artist.
I’m sure you can imagine which is the scene we’re working on right now, can’t you?
Once completed this sequence, the video post-production will be finished and it will be the turn of our friends from Hybrid Two that will take care of the audio editing and final audio mixing.
On July, 11th the release date of the Metal Gear Solid: Philanthropy movie will be finally announced!

Man, I am not up to date with these blogs lol. I waited for today to hear the announcement for the release date for MGS:P, but I guess I’ll wait till July
Good to know we at least get an update. =). That’s all I needed to be satisfied. Great to know we will hear the official release date soon. Also, you should put this up on the MGS Philanthropy site for those who check that.

Thanks for the awesome movie!! You guys did an amazing job for such a low-budget film, heck, it’s even great for a straight-to-dvd budget film. I loved part one, can’t wait for part two!!! Please let us know how(/if) that’s coming along. I could totally see this being aired on the scifi channel or something similar if you work out all of the copyright issues. I don’t know if you looked into that or not, or what your philosophy is on making money, but you can probably rake in a nice sum to invest into part 2 of Philanthropy.
